All accounts found to be duplicates may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

phw9 processes all financial transactions in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through the following supported payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. phw9 does not accept cash transactions and does not process payments through methods not listed on the platform's payments page.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phw9 account balance upon confirmation of cleared funds from your payment provider. GCash and PayMaya deposits are generally credited instantly. phw9 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transfer charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the timeframes published on the phw9 payments page. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically completed within 30 minutes during core operating hours. Bank transfers may require additional processing time depending on the receiving institution's clearance schedule.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the same phw9 account, subject to verification requirements.
• phw9 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or accounts with unusual activity patterns.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply as published in the phw9 platform's payments section, which may be updated periodically.

phw9 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements. These specify the number of times the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered before any resulting balance becomes withdrawable. • Underage use: Registering for or using a phw9 account while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access to the platform by an underage person.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one phw9 account, or colluding with others to pool bonuses or wagering across linked accounts.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, or disputed payment credentials to fund a phw9 account.
• Money laundering: Using phw9 to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. phw9 is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated tools to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner that is not driven by a human player in real time.
• Exploiting errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploited errors may be voided.
• Chargebacks: Filing unjustified payment disputes or chargebacks with your bank or payment provider in relation to phw9 transactions. phw9 will contest all unjustified chargebacks and may suspend accounts pending resolution.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach by the player, phw9 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation and to apply that balance against any losses, penalties, or costs incurred by the Operator as a result of the breach. Where termination is initiated by phw9 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their phw9 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe.

phw9's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any single event or series of connected events shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit phw9's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
